Youth Political Participation in Belize.

 WHY SHOULD THE YOUTHS OF BELIZE BECOME POLITICALLY EDUCATED? 

There are so many questions when it comes to youths being politically educated. I cannot stress enough the importance of this. The future politicians, government officials, police officers etc should be educated about their very own future; not only educated but to also get involved. The new generation are the most important people in the future. All parts of society must be hands in for a government or country to be successful. However, if youths are disengaged from political processes such as voting, an enormous portion of the society has little to no influence in what's going on in their country. Why do young people do this? I believe it's because they are not aware of how important their voice is. To make a difference in the country, it is essential that all youths engage in important political processes that changes today and tomorrow's politics. We do not need the same people/ generation controlling the country and having the most say. We need our young people to become aware of how influential and powerful their voice is. We can really change the way the government tends to its people and how we are seen as a society.
